ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE CYPRUS ONCOLOGICAL SOCIETY
ELECTION OF A NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Cyprus Oncology Society (OEK) announces that during the General Assembly of February 12, 2025 , elections were held for the appointment of a new Board of Directors (BoD) for the 3-year period 2025-2028.
The new Board of Directors of OEK is composed of:
President: Dr. Anastasia Konstantinidou, Medical Oncologist
Vice President: Dr. Dimitrios Vombas, Radiation Oncologist
Secretary: Dr. Joseph Strouthos, Radiation Oncologist
Treasurer: Dr. Vasileios Vasiliou, Radiation Oncologist
Member: Dr. Georgios Tsironis, Medical Oncologist
The President and Members of the new Board of Directors reiterated the commitment of the Cyprus Oncology Society to its scientific and social role, aiming at further improving oncology services and the ongoing education of oncologists for the benefit of Cypriot patients.
